Runtime surfaces

Flowra supports kitchen display and self-order hall modes. They share branch identity and transport contracts but have different viewing and transition permissions.

Sync contract

The known POST /api/v1/business-gateway/flowra/orders/sync path crosses BusinessApiGateway and must fail closed when contract or scope is absent.

LAN and fallback

Local connectivity improves continuity but does not change the authority source. Every snapshot or virtual LAN bus needs version, device identity, and reconciliation.
