Question flow

A question passes authentication, scope, permission, intent, semantic plan, quality, audit, and metering before an answer is returned.

Known routes

POST /api/v1/ai/questions submits a governed question.
GET /api/v1/ai/usage reads authorized usage.

Boundaries

Clients never send SQL or table names and never select tenant from a prompt. The server binds scope from identity and queries a certified metric registry.
